在戴昌鳳所長與孫志陸老師推動下，本所提出台大理學院與行政院農業委員會水產試驗所之學術交流與合作計畫。歷經數月的籌備，並獲得理學院大氣科學與地質科學學系的支持，於2011年12月27日理學院張慶瑞院長與水產試驗所蘇偉成所長簽署了學術與教育合作協議書。
Led by Director Dai and Professor Sun, our institute persuaded a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for academic interaction and cooperation between the College of Science of National Taiwan University and the Fisheries Research Institute of the Council of Agricultural, Executive Yuan. With several months’ preparation and the support from the Departments of Atmospheric Sciences and Geosciences, the Dean of the College of Science, Dr. Ching-Ray Chang, signed the MOU with the Director of the Fisheries Research Institute, Dr. Wei-Chen Su, on December 27, 2011.
