Numerical models based on the five-equation Euler and Navier\u2013Stokes equations with chemistry are solved using Strang splitting and ATM-type AUSMD flux evaluation. A multifluid approach with a Lagrangian KH\u2013RT breakup model is proposed to capture liquid droplet atomization, shock interactions, and spray deformation, showing good agreement with experimental data. A reduced chemical mechanism is further developed for efficient simulation of oblique detonation waves (ODWs), highlighting the critical role of ignition delay, heat release, grid resolution, and fuel\u2013air ratio in detonation stability.
